Hi
My name is Dee and I just found this site through a search for Atkins. My husband and I are going to start Atkins tommorrow. We have never done Atkins before but have tried other diets without success, because we were always hungry. I like that there are others on here that have done Atkins and I am hoping can give us advice on the Atkins diet. I love all the recipe's. So thankful I found this site.
Blessings,
Smile

Welcome Atkins buddy! Have you read Dr.Atkins New Diet Revolution? It says everything you need to know. We'll be happy to give you any hints you need. You and your husband will both benefit. My husband is doing it with me too. Smile

Good luck on your first day!

Love the food that loves you back.
