I'm one of them, LOL! Ive been counting for years! I even know approximately how much I ate when I stopped counting for a while(and gained the weight I now have to lose). i would still look at the calorie counts of unhealthy food and eat it anyway because I was depressed! Yikes!

While I eat a rather LowCarb / High Protein diet, I also watch the Type of Fat I eat, and definitly keep my calories at a metobolic deficit
