OK, has anyone ever eaten the Hidden Valley Ranch Dip (it comes as a powder and you mix with sour cream) ITS YUMMY...I like it with chips but would not dare...I did buy some FAT FREE sour cream and mixed it with for a snack with celery... (minimal dipping keep in mind) Does anyone know or have an opinion if this is ok on phase one of SB?!

Ok, thanks in advance!

With Light sour cream, NOT FAT FREE, it might be ok. I however just started accepting the hidden valley ranch homemade dressing with light sour cream and low fat mayo. And I use less of it than ever before. There are so many better snacks for celery, I have several south beach recipes for celery, including a home made smoked salmon/cheese spread.mmm,mm,mmmm.
