Water consumption

Why not just keep track of it in your journal. Update it throughout the day. That is what I do for my food intake because the food log on here doesn't calculate net carbs and since I have to look it up anyway, I may as well just type in my food the way I want to.

Actually I am pretty sure you can put water in your food diary. I don't, cause I've got a good system going (I just drink three or four of this one huge glass), but I've seen others have water show up in their food diary.

All the calorie burns for each FS activity are averages and estimates. Some of the estimates are more accurate than others, but some are not, especially when there is no factoring in different efforts ...
