Exercise videos are great. Or devise a circuit training workout incorporating sit ups, push ups, step ups (just use your stairs!), lunges, etc. Add music to make it more fun. If you can afford it, get a treadmill. It will come in handy throughout the year.

stretch bands
It works if you go to exercise and click on custom exercise , put in your exercise and then follow promps . You have to fill in each blank .

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
