I live in Iowa where it is about -8 degrees outside. I just started weight watchers a couple of weeks ago. I have not been very active. I was hoping to get some advice on how to ease into working out. What are some things that I can do inside until the weather starts to warm up??? Anything will help! Thanks!

Exercise videos are great. Or devise a circuit training workout incorporating sit ups, push ups, step ups (just use your stairs!), lunges, etc. Add music to make it more fun. If you can afford it, get a treadmill. It will come in handy throughout the year.
