Hello everyone!
Just started weight watchers again. In 1976 I lost over 100 pounds but now I have gained it all back. I need some buddies to help me through this, as I now have some heart problems so losing the weigh will really help me health wise besides making me feel better about myself.

Welcome back to the Weight Watchers fold! It is a good place to be.
Congratulations on making the most important step and committing yourself to this journey. It gets tougher as we get older to lose the weight so it's a good thing we get tougher as we get older, too!
Feel free to add me as a buddy if you think we could inspire each other. We have pretty similar weights and goals so we will both be here for the long haul!

Been banting for almost a month now, no kg's lost :shock: , BUT feeling great and definitely losing cm's. ;)

Welcome and good luck :) dont forget to log calories in liquids also, they add up more than you might think

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
