this week has been a challenge. I have managed to stay on rack for about 4 days... not very good but i guess better than nothing. It makes it really hard because my boyfriend of 4 years doesnt do the program with me which makes staying on track so much harder around him. the only person i have that does the program with me is my grandma and sometimes it seems like it isnt enough as nice as it is to have someone there it isnt helping when we go out with friends who have extremely bad eating habbits and really wont take the time to work on them and tells me to just worry about it tomorrow.. ugh rough weekEvil or Very Mad

Don't let other people's negativity or lack of support get you down. Consider it a victory every time you are able to say "no thank you" when a friend offers you food that doesn't fit your POINTS allowance.
Aim for small victories and eventually the battle will be won. It isn't always easy to say no, but as longs as there are more victories than losses, you are still ahead of the game!

IT NEVER GETS EASIER - YOU JUST GET BETTER.
