I couldn't help but share. I wasn't going to weigh myself before day 7 but I couldn't resist the temptation. What a pleasant surprise! I have already lost 5 lbs on the morning of day 4! Yes, I know it is mostly water weight but it is so encouraging to see the scale move in the right direction for a change! Plus, I got my second training session completed before lunch for my C25K plan. I am on a diet high right now! Feels good!

I always weight myself every morning. I don't know why cause it doesn't change my eating much for the day because I focus on my daily points. I just want to keep an eye on my weight and if it goes up, I may re-evaluate my eating the last 48 hours. Maybe I am wrong, but I can't seems to help it.

What do people do who have chronic issues with pain
I have chronic pain, joints and it is hard I try to go to the pool 2 times per week, when not sick but have mised a lot latly , you can do it.
