I did the Wiggles workout today, dancing with my daughter, man that had to burn some calories. Those dudes must be in shape. I went at a slightly faster pace than them though. I would be so embarrassed if my hubby saw me doing the Wiggles dance.Laughing

She says, I'd love to do biggest loser, but I don't want to gain another 100+ lbs just to go on it!

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
