I'm sure I could lose a ton if I had that much time to exercise. However, my workout never gets first priority. Crying or Very sad It would be great to have a full 2 hours per day, but I only get that on my days off.

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

I did the Wiggles workout today, dancing with my daughter, man that had to burn some calories. Those dudes must be in shape. I went at a slightly faster pace than them though. I would be so embarrassed if my hubby saw me doing the Wiggles dance.Laughing

Lol Karla! But hey, whatever works, right. He may not laugh when he sees what you look like when you lose the weight you want! Smile My mom and I were talking about the Biggest Loser the other day; she wants to go to a biggest loser "camp". She says, I'd love to do biggest loser, but I don't want to gain another 100+ lbs just to go on it!

I don't know if there's a specific biggest loser camp. She was just talking about the show itself. And there are "fat camps" but they're pretty expensive.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
