I'm not a big salad eater...
Can anyone give me some suggestions for a quick lunch? Thanks!!!!

I take some lunch meat and cheese, along with some cut up vegies. I also buy the small containers of cottage cheese. How about soup? Chilli is great. Hope this helps.

Deviled eggs, bocca burger or a lean hamberger with all the fixin's pickel, tomatoe, etc.. just no bun. Anything you like in a sandwich you can have as a "wrap".. just no bread, wrap the meat around the fixin's inside. This is also another good resource for recipes and lunch ideas. Ive never been much a salad person for lunch anyway, there's so much more! I will saute cabbage or cook up some squash. Make some tuna mixed with tomatoes, mozz cheese and a dash of Italian dressing and tarragon..I also make sandwiches as janellas said, without bread. Today I grabbed two slices of turkey pastrami and rolled them around some sauerkraut. Ive rolled turkey around cheese mustard and a pickle spear! Whatever you want almost. Just think of what youre hungry for then try to SB it. I find that usually works. When I'm craving a burger, I have a Boca burger with a melted slice of lf cheese, sliced onion and tomato and pickle and it is so good and you dont miss your burger, you just HAD it! There are many recipe sites as janelleas just sent you, check them out and have fun with it. Best wishes to you, go get 'em!

I try to make enough dinner so that I have leftovers for lunch!! or, take a hard boiled egg or two, and pair that with something else you enjoy.
