I know what you mean, I still have products as well and ALL of the centers around me have closed. I have gained back 6 lbs and am very depressed because I liked the weekly weigh in for the past year and a half. I never made it to maintenance so I am not even sure what to do when that happens. I have joined the gym near me (24 hr fitness) and I am going to try to do this on my own without the bars, but I am not sure what foods to add in place of the bars.

The bars are mostly protein (8g per bar) so definately add a protein. They also have a high carb content so add one or two more starches. I used the Lites for 6 weeks and was very up front with the ladies at my center. I told them I didn't want to pay the prices and asked them if they recommended a bar I could buy in place. They said that I should instead add a protein and 2 starches instead of using another bar.

Since then, I've done both. Luna bars from time to time and adding protein and starches from time to time. Both seem to work.

Where are you located? The LAWL centers in my area are all open and thriving.

Some of the franchises are closing or changed to Pure Weightloss, which those are closing. If your center is open it may be corporate owned or a better managed franchise.

I'm good with several of the Soy Protein bars. They are the treat I need to get to the next basic pretty much no fun meal. The main thing is to eat less salt, more fresh vegs, white fresh meat, and fresh fruit. I do some cheating by going out to dinner once a week, but that's another treat...as long as I get back on the plan. And never quit working out...ugh...but it's a much better life than the old plan...no plan. Thanks for your support LA folk!

RND ROB you did it great but it is rarely applicable for everyone because of less motivation towards workouts we mostly try managing our weight through diet control so it is gonna be a harmful practice ...

Getting discouraged
everyone is different but I reckon if you allow yourself a cheat day it tricks your body into NOT holding on to weight. Some might disagree but as long as its just one a week or so you should still lose? ...

Thanks, so far so good. Got a new physically demanding job milking mooz :) down five kg already, just waiting for the plateau and will remind myself to just keep on track.
