Hey guys. Biggest Loser couples started tonight. Just thought I would let you know. I love watching this show!
If I keep working at this, and want it badly enough, I CAN HAVE IT!!

11 weeks until trip
Weekly goal

Week 1: 193 lb.
Week 2: 190 lb.
Week 3: 187 lb.
Week 4: 184 lb.
Week 5: 181 lb.
Week 6: 178 lb.
Week 7: 175 lb.
Week 8: 172 lb.
Week 9: 169 lb.
Week 10: 166 lb.
Week 11: 163 lb.

And final goal: 160 lb!!!!

I CAN DO THIS!!!

I agree. I love watching the show. Too bad the green team went home but the dad obviously didn't care about losing weight and being on campus.Mad

I love the show too, I get so emotionally involved, even my 3 yr old was cheering (You can do it!).
I was disappointed to see the green team go home...Lynn sounded and acted just like my Dad. It was really sad for me. I hoped Lynn would make it to the end (giving my Dad someone he could relate to and be motivated by). But I guess I'd have to get my Dad interested in watching first, and with the same attitude as Lynn, I don't know how to make that happen.Sad

My daughter and I were watching reruns of all the biggest losers on tv today, and she saw the finale and it was showing several men and their before and after. She is 4 years old. she kept saying, "mama, they look so handsome after they lose all the fat!" "but my daddy is that handsome even with all his fat." So sweet. but she knows how hard we have been working to lose weight and every once in a while she says how pretty i look or how handsome her daddy is. that always makes the hard work worth it!!

Love this show!!! I watched TBL Australia all weekend long and rode my bike last night for 90 minutes watching season 5. It motivates me as well!!

Carbs, fas and genes
It correlates with my findings after 18 years of dieting, at the end of the day, the calories are what matter. Adherence to your calorie goals trumps any other variable.
