Southern bakeries make this great 19g fiber bagel that has only 150 calories and 3.5g of fat.
It equals a little more than 2 points.

Anyone who wants to get fiber into their diet should try them!! They come in 3 varieties: cinnamon, plain, multi-grain.

I prefer the multi-grain.

Thanks for writing Bullytrouble, I have to say I am so new to this that when I read your bottom line about the dog, I felt a little intimidated. Good thing my daughter was looking over my shoulders and told me that was a quote. Nothing to do with me. Rolling Eyes

I found these in our local grocery store. However, they are not easy to find. The address on the package is

I'm sorry that you were intimidated by that quote.... we're (many of us on the south beach diet a few on others) are doing a "Riding" contest, to encourage each other to lose weight, and I got the quote off a cowboy page! I'll try to make it more obvious that it's a quote. Rolling Eyes

Thanks for the info, not sure if I'll find them up here, but I'll be looking for something like that! Cool

Giving up the scale?
The scale stops my imagination from running riot. I don't have a structured diet, either. My appetite is really random, never know when I will be hungry and don't eat when I'm not hungry yet.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
