Hey Wranglers! How are you all doing on your diets? We are two days in and already Dave (drjp) and Onoelly have lost pounds!!

I am definitely on my way - and Im about to go to the gym! I have been on my best behaviour so I hope everyone else has been as well!

How is everyone else doing??

Doing great food wise, not too great on the exercising! I am going to hop on the treadmill today for at least 10 minutes.

Doing well. Have dipped into more carbs on phase 2. I allow more carbs every other day. My daughter's scale reflects weight loss, but I really can't compare it to my own at home, so on Sunday I will weigh here, check it back at home on Monday. Looks from the journals WE are all doing well.

In order to succeed at weight loss I must be:
determined
consistent
exert will-power
become the person I WANT to be, not the overweight person that I am

yeah ive been checking journals and EVERYONE is doing well. We'll have to get an update from STAR when she checks in.

I have been good, I have walked a fair bit today already even though its bitterly cold. Im going to walk into town in a bit too.

Im thinking about going to the gym, but its so far away!! Its about a 50min walk there, so it would take up about 3 hours of my time! Surely I can get the same benefits by briskly walking and then doing some work out moves?

lol im so lazy! But it really is cold!
