Did well today. Had 1228 calories, a little over limit, but ate healthy. Feeling good about being back on the diet. No exercise yet, but it will come next week.

Hi are u doing the fatsmash diet if so why do you say you went over calorie limit? I thought we were not counting calories
May the Lord see it fit to lighten my burden and yours.

I was able to create my own recipe once. Now when I try to create one it doesn't register it. Any suggestions.
