There isn't a very consistant method throughout the site. To get your picture up instead of the vegetable, you look under the "my toolbox" area and click on "my image". You can upload your image from there. It is different for your journal and for community posts.

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

Ok Huck I have worked out how to put pictures in your journal if they are already online.

You click on the image button, then in between the tags you need to put the image information. You get this by finding the image you want on the net, right clicking, looking at the properties and then copy and paste the image URL.

I think if you want to put one of your own photos in your journal then you need to upload your photos to a website like photobucket.com and then copy and paste the url they give you in between the tags as explained above.

Hope this makes sense.

Also, if the pic you want isn't already online you can use www.photobucket.com and it even gives you the IMG source code and offers different sizing options.

This is finally working.
Great. The Keto Diet is a low carb, higher fat diet. It transitions your body to burning stored body fat instead of relying on carbohydrates.
