Hey! I'm new to the website and am learning how it all works. I have no buddies and am just kind of winging it at this point. My goal is to lose 10 lbs. by Xmas. I am diligent in my exercise and have fairly healthy eating habits. I just need to watch my portion control! Petra, you don't have to have everything in common with someone. You may be able to share ideas, encouragment and friendship with anyone! As well as getting that in return! I would love to add you to my buddy list as well!

right above in between FOODS and FITNESS is a RECIPES button, I am sure in there you will find tonnes of yummy recipes you may want to try :)
