I want to encourage all of you to take your measurements! It takes a little more time than just weighing yourself but it's a more accurate measurement of the fat that you're losing.
I've lost a total of 2 3/4" total in just a little over two weeks! The interesting thing is that I lost something everywhere but in the thighs. They always say that's a hard area to lose from, which I don't understand because they jiggle the most!
