They just said on the news this morning that one of the ways to growing older gracefully is to lose the weight b/4 you turn 50. The other key thing is to be active. Not necessarily exercise per se but even the little things like walking instead of escalators, parking farther away, etc.

Can't stand the taste of ACV
I put it on my Carrot Salad each afternoon. It adds a mild apple flavor to it--all i need is 1 tablespoon. But i don't usually drink it. I combine it with other foods like vegetables and eat it.

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
