Please, no more sign ups! I don't want to not include people, but the goal of this is 15 pounds by Christmas and I don't think starting late is good because then you'll be losing too much too fast.

Objective: Lose 15 pounds by Christmas.
Started: Sunday, November 18th
End: Tuesday, December 25th
Weigh-in: Each Sunday. Please include your start weight and how much you've lost since last week's weigh-in!

I wish I could join you guys, but everytime I get into one of these challenges, I freak out and I usually end up stressing, gaining, and getting depress about the challenge. The last challenge I set, well... I lost. LOL! I'm cheating on Thanksgiving anyway, so It's probably a good idea that I sat this one out!
I hope you guys have a blast.! I can't wait to know who the winner is!! Keep us posted!

Hi
Helcha told me about this challenge - sounds good. I don't think I'll reach 15 pounds but I'll give it a go. I've just raced in and weighed and converted my graph to pounds - not a good weigh in this morning (another bad weekend!) Anyway I'm set to go. Good luck to all of us. I'll be here to give moral support if nothing else.Smile

Wow, I'd love to join too! It sounds like an awesome goal. Right now I'm 208 lbs, so by Christmas (hopefully) I'll be 193 lbs! Good luck, everyone!

Edit: Changed starting weight to the beginning of phase 1 on sb diet
