I'm having a hard time today and all i want is eating the world. i ate a little more of chicken that i should have....but i'll respect mr atkins and won't eat carbs for more i want to. however, i feel really really sad and i don't know why. that's a really annoying feeling.

As far as I'm aware, chicken is basically a free food. It's 0 carbs so eat as much as you want. Smile

I get that too from time to time. Just find ways to cope without food. Sometimes yoga or some kind of deep-breathing relaxation technique can help. Find something to keep you occupied until you feel better. Coming here and sharing helps too. Smile It is good that you over did it on chicken instead of getting out the potato chips, though. You should be proud of that. Hang in there. This time of year is hard, but we will all pull through together.
