I'm having a hard time today and all i want is eating the world. i ate a little more of chicken that i should have....but i'll respect mr atkins and won't eat carbs for more i want to. however, i feel really really sad and i don't know why. that's a really annoying feeling.

Find something to keep you occupied until you feel better. Coming here and sharing helps too. Smile It is good that you over did it on chicken instead of getting out the potato chips, though. You should be proud of that. Hang in there. This time of year is hard, but we will all pull through together.

Weight flucuation
It defies the laws of physics if you didn't put on additional clothing, food or water. Perhaps it's just that home scales aren't perfect... Or are you having water?

Calories and sodium
If you still want to have sodium, just raise your potassium intake. As you lose weight, your blood pressure will also reduce.
