24 hour+ days

this has been a problem with any diet i try to follow, at least a couple days a week, i end up being up for more than 24 hrs straight due to work sched, kids, school, etc. it is very hard to adapt any type of eating plan to this sched. anyone have any tips or suggestions?

how bout eating the same type of food on those days. i like tacos and probably could eat them twice a week if i had to. something you like but is healthy. kids might not like the same food but kids often complain and you end up fixing something different for them anyway.

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
