24 hour+ days

how bout eating the same type of food on those days. i like tacos and probably could eat them twice a week if i had to. something you like but is healthy. kids might not like the same food but kids often complain and you end up fixing something different for them anyway.

What do you use for a calorie tracker (fitbit, etc)? Are you wanting to be alotted more calories to compensate, or...?

Take small portions....it helps and once u get used to it, u dont miss eating more...cooking a small amount also helps so theres no leftovers..
