Good Afternoon Everyone! I am on day two of the FatSmashDiet and wanted to introduct myself. I have to admit, the first day was really hard craving wise. My little one has a nice stash of Halloween candy and I picked a piece up several times but I never actually ate one. I am enjoying today much more though! I haven't had any cravings and am going to the gym for the second day in a row! I am really excited to be a part of your group. Wish me luck! Razz

Can someone tell me why in reports the macros total for fats always shows in red that I've gone over my goal when I'm under my goal? Same thing on carbs and protein!

Can I change my recommended daily calorie intake
If using the website > Start on the My Fatsecret page > Under My Toolbox (right hand menu) click My Diet > click Calculate RDI > change RDI to whatever you want and click save.
