I guess I let things get out of hand since my husband died (4 Yrs ago) and now I feel strong enough to put down the Ben & Jerry's and start fresh. At first I stopped drinking and smoking, then started the diet. (Thought I'd lose my mind) Now, I'm smoking some, but dieting better. I've actually lost 10 LBS! When I get hungry (or crave a smoke) I crunch on celery. I'm beginning to feel like a rabbit, but still motivated.

My problem is that I can't stand celery in large amounts...always want something on it! ha!Very Happy

I'm sorry to hear about your husband, and so happy to hear that you are starting again to take care of yourself..Smile

Slowly but surely...this battle will be won!

Those nacho cheese ball things are horrible! My mother in law likes them and gave me a pack and I could barely choke down the whole thing!
