retaining water

Hey everyone, I have been doing pretty good with my food plan. But this morning I have alot of extra fluid. My fingers are so tight, they sort of tingle. I have been drinking water through out the day like I should. I was on the go all day yesterday and probably on my feet more than usual, I suppose that could be it. I just hope that as the day goes on it will go away.

No salt. If you give up salt and sodium completely

I use that NO Salt product now, you get use to it. Plus I eat a lot of the Healthy Choice dinners that have low sodium, it's helped.

Don't reduce fats, or at least the healthy ones. Just get rid of processed/refined carbs, they are useless to your body anyway and are extra calories you don't need.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
