I've been rushing too much and missing too many breakfasts too... I've GOT to work on that. It can't be helping!

I have been grabing one of those low carb shakes in the morning. I can drink it on the way to work. Not the best tasting but they fill you up! It may help?! PS They have to be very cold or they taste worse.

I think shakes are the best thing for busy lifestyles, not as good as a meal, but better than skipping a meal. On Atkins you are not supposed to go more than 6 hours without eating. It does not help your metabolism, and slows your weight loss. I drink shakes from time to time when I'm running errands and have to skip lunch. They aren't bad, but I agree they MUST be cold.
Love the food that loves you back.
Take it one day at a time!

I keep a supply of Atkins Shakes and Atkins Morning Start bars for when I am on the go and don't have time to fix a meal. They have been a lifesaver for me!!!

Even though fat doesn't count in Atkins, it can cause you to gain or not lose weight if you consume too much. Be careful of over eating this nutrient. ie: cream, cream cheese.
