what do you like about yourself? To often do we put our selves down for what we dont like! But I want to know what you LIKE about yourself?

I found that I love my calves!!! After rockclimbing this past week I saw pictures and saw how awesome they look and fit they are. So its a start for me!!!!

HOW ABOUT YOU!!!

Well, I would've said my boobs until I started losing weight, now not so much. My hubby says my butt, i don't agree. So i guess it would be my shoulders and upper chest.

I think my eyes or hair are my best features. People always ask if I'm wearing contacts... and I was a hairdresser so I know how to take care of my hair. I'm hoping soon enough I can answer this question and say my abs! Very Happy

Fifty pounds ago it used to be my flat stomach. My husband says it's my tight skin. (Whatever that means!!! Is that the best he can come up with?)

apparently i have really intense blue eyes, to me they're normal looking, but all my life i've gotten comments on them. I love my lips, they're the perfect shape and size like those "kiss" stickers - very proportionate and defined. Everything else it seems is going down the crapper with age (45) but i'm hoping excercise & diet is going to ward off any further surprise attacks (also the fact that my eyesight is going bad helps as i don't see my flaws as much! the good side of getting old! LOL - my daughter was like, "should you shave your legs mom?" i was like "why? can you see the hair?" -- her reply "YESS!!"Wink ACK!

Well, tough one indeed. Son has just said my smile (aw, bless!) but I think my eyes, when properly made up, (and definitely a few years back, when not all red from eye strain) could be a contender! (Cant ask hubby, he's just fallen asleep - had a hard day at the office, poor thing!)Bad Grin

Hm...I think my eyes, like people in some other replies mine are really blue and I get asked if I have contacts! I also like my hands, they're small and very pretty!
Thanks for this thread, it's great to remind ourselves of our good things and not always looking at the negative.

Smiles....lots of them....What a GREAT idea to remind oursleves of the awesome things about us....Been told on more than one occasion that my butt is "some fine booty"....lol....pair of heels, jeans that fit like a glove....and I get lots of comments....As heavy as I am, I am very well proportioned and curvy in all the right places....and my eyes....people I don't even know tell me I have beautiful eyes.

I like my eyes and lips, and also my back, which does not show fat as much as OTHER parts of me, and I also like the tatoo of a flower I have on my back, it makes me feel pretty..and naughty! Laughing
