ACK!! i just realized there's no place to journal your food intake on this site!! ACK! i thought that was a feature included here -- ok - 1 reason to keep my WW online -- hmmm -- any administrators out there? Add a food journal and live chat site and this place will no longer be a "secret"!!

I just journal my food in the journal on this page. I don't need a calorie counter, I need a net carb gram counter, but they don't have that either. Gotta keep my book around anyway. I guess because not everyone is counting calories they didn't know what kind of counter to put. But if you put a recipe together it does calculate the nutrition facts on this website. Good luck.

Here's another one where you can log what you eat: no journal currently, but you can also work out how many calories you burn doing certain exercises and there's lots of goal statistics that you can enter to help keep you on track.

Would be great if we could do everything in one place though! Very Happy

I actually have a food journal on Facebook through the fatsecret "My Diet" application. Links it directly to this site!!

I use the Fatsecret Facebook application too - it's brilliant! I don't know why they don't make it available on the main site - I find it invaluable for staying focussed. Come on Fatsecret developers!! Smile
