Hi guys,
I'm planning on starting the south beaach diet on Monday. I ordered the book but I don't think it will get here on time. any tips on how to start?

There are some great sites on the web that give you enough info to begin. I think was one of them. I also think I found a lot of good info on the Prevention website.
