So, I've posted a couple of Atkins recipes, and I see that people who are on other diets have commented and told everyone just why that recipe isn't good for their particular diet. What's the point? What gives?

I guess maybe it's because Fatsecret brings up any recipes it thinks you'll be interested in, regardless of diet. Still, I don't care that my recipes aren't right for the fat flush diet! Wink They aren't supposed to be!

Does it really matter if people from other diets are interested in your recipe? If you check out a recipe and its not compatible with your diet why not leave a message for anyone else doing that diet? Just like adding a message saying what you changed or added to the recipe.

I guess it doesn't matter except that when you rate it badly it throws off the rating for that recipe. A recipe that is good for one diet may not be good for anther diet and that is OK. We are going by different principles.

I just wish they would separate the rating system between the diets because it averages out badly over all if people from other diets rate a diet that is not meant for them.

Love the food that loves you back.

Take it one day at a time!

I guess I wish that if I searched for Atkins recipes, it would give me recipes their authors rated as Atkins, instead of stuff it assumes would be appropriate.

I've had problems with this too! It messes up the rating of the recipe!!

I've noticed that too.. For me though, I am not looking for what "other" people think. I read the recipe for myself and come up with my own conclusion. I don't need anyone else telling me if it's good or not, lol. It's all cool ya'll... I love ya'lls recipes!!Very Happy

Data export
Hi there people! Is anyone aware of a way I can export all my raw data? It would be cool to be able to do a bit of custom analysis/visualisation. Cheers, Dan.

How many calories should I be eating? What kind of diet? Macros?
Again, you haven't entered any info, without info it's hard to help you. I left my info as public so I was able to get feedback to help me on my journey.
