There are times when I get discouraged, and I know that it's because I'm much alone, I don't get out much with my disabilities, so having a buddy system will, I'm sure, help greatly with keeping me on track to living a healthier lifestyle....

I have always had trouble but not like this. Am off to see a specialist next month - have been waiting to see this specialist for months and I am worried what he is going to tell me - first of all lose weight and then that I will probably need knee replacements and G'd knows what else. Anyway at the moment I am trying to get some kilos off before seeing him.

I gave my bars away, I did get those and some coupons, but the little book is handy. I still carry it around as you know my plan doesn't fit Atkins. Though we match on lots of things... it is a handy ...

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
