It's more than points or taste, too, this bar makes you feel like you just finished a big meal. I have a theory about that--the oats are nearly raw. Raw foods take longer to process. I've tried all kinds of bars and was ready to eliminate them. So when I calculated the points of everything I tried I couldn't believe that this hearty bar was actually better than the diet bars! One thing I'm learning from WW is that just because something is advertised as diet doesn't mean that it's the best product for weight loss.

I discovered these bars a few wks. ago. I thought it was going to be such a waste of money. They are the BEST granola type bar I have ever tasted. Very Happy And only 1 point. It doesn't get much better then that.

Do you guys track fruit?
I track everything. even. the fluids I drink. Vegies, fruits. Every little thing that I eat or drink. It will open your eyes as far as calories and nutrients you take in.

This is a good starting point, but you really need an exercise plan to maximize the results. Even if it is just walking. Get moving!
