hot tea
I had 3 cups of hot tea tonight dining out with friends and there was 2.3 carbs in it. I am shocked. I felt tea would be free. One never knows. Good thing it didn't put me over my limit.

I used the calculator and it came in the same as the one I use.. but I beg to differ that you can eat whatever you want as long as it's within the RDI. I cannot drink alcohol or consume grains. ...
