I'm on my second egg fast. The first I followed "I Breathe I'm Hungry"s egg fast plan and recipes. This time around I'm just doing deviled eggs for breakfast, egg salad for lunch, and fried eggs for supper. Having some string cheese or Laughing Cow wedges for snacks. The first time I lost 7 pounds in 4 days. I was stuck/plateaued at the time and it did the trick, got me over the plateau. I'm on my fourth day in this time and I'm down 4 pounds so far. Again, I had been taking off and putting on the same two pounds for a couple of weeks. I find this a really useful tool in getting over a plateau. Have any of you guys tried an egg fast and was it successful for you?

Well that's your opinion. My diet allows mayo, and 11 pounds gone with two egg fasts tells me that it is not sabotaging anything.

I've done the Egg Fast many times. It worked for me every time. Don't worry about the mayo, it's got good fat & very low carbs. Keep up the good work.

What's with you and mayo? Did you have a bad experience with it because I've never seen you post anything constructive.. All you post is 'don't eat mayo' which is ridiculous.

There are many brands with natural and good ingredients, no chemicals, no sugars and healthy fats .

If you're going to make these statements then back them up with something, some reason as to why you think this way

Starting weight was 308 lbs on March 2nd, 2017. Setting loss goals in 25 lbs increments. Final goal weight 140-150 lbs. Scars are like tattoos...they are a forever reminder...but all are not visible to the naked eye.

Mayo is fine. Not sabotoging anything. My son has been on the Keyo diet and lost 50 pounds. Went to doctor to make sure body was okay. Blood work came back great.
