I am confused about the amount of meat and fish we are allowed to have in Phase II. The book says 4oz of meat AND 3 oz of fish. Is that everyones understanding?

I thought we could only have one or the other. It would be great if you're right! I hope others add comments...

It is both because he also mentions that you should not have the same at both meals - for instance tuna for lunch chicken for dinner

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
