How are you ladies doing on the new express plan?

I feel very restricted. Even though it is more food, the food you can select from are very few. I am on week 2 of this plan and they just reduced my plan because I was gaining on the plan they gave me.

My center is very new and has only been open for 3 months. They seem very unorganized and seem to change my plan every other week. Anyone else feeling this way?

I was having the same problem with the express and I am now on 3 and they had me on 4 but I just ate all day and still did not get the food in. I was never hungry and still had to eat more. 5 starches is a whole lot, 4 veg and fruit, 3 1/2 pro,3 dairy, 2 fat! I had gained but I like the 3 much better but I still feel restricted. There is a whole lot more food but just not much variation or choices.
I really am missing beef (and baked potatoes)so I may do a TO just so I can have the beef.Razz

They just put me on 3 this morning. I'm a little nervous about increasing my starches, dairy and fat. I was doing fine on my other plan and was losing fine. We'll see how things go on this one.

I just started with LAWL on August 5 with the 2 day take off. Then went to menu 3 on the express diet. I am in the same boat that I have a hard time getting in all of the food. I have had some luck with pre-planning meals and making sure that I eat everyting that I put down that I was going to eat. I have lost 5.2 lbs since Sunday. I hope this continues to work.

I have been on the GOLD Plan since June 14th. I have lost 22 lbs but on Friday they switched me to the new plan- no more colors. I am on #2. I am not sure how I feel about that. I am thrilled to get an extra starch but I am nervous changing since I was doing well on Gold.

I was on gold and am now on the new plan #2 - believe it or not, I am losing more weight! Lost more last two weeks than i did previous 4 weeks on gold plan...dont be afraid. What a do is have 3 meals + 3 snacks to divide up the food. So mid-morning snack, mid-afternoon snack and a smaller snack (yogurt and fruit) before 8pm.

not only are you not consuming enough calories, you are not consuming good calories. As mummydee said, please don't just guess calories you consume, and you should also count drinks in your daily RDI. ...

Cauliflower Grilled Cheese
I use ground pork rinds for "breading". They are excellent and make the meat even more succulent. I would think that it should work on cauliflower too (never seen the show so no idea)
