Night Time Snacking

What do you usually do about night time snacking? I find when it gets dark out I seem to zone out eating bad stuff.

I mentally set a time and say...i will eat nothing after this time. I also do ice chips. But I try not to have night time cravings by being "satisfied" with evening meals.

I eat dinner about 6-7pm and make sure I finish all my points and therefor I am setting it so that I will not be eating anything after dinner. I also eat my dinner with 2 cups of cold water to help fill me up. There was one night that I got really hungry and felt as though I had to eat something or I would go crazy so I ete one cup of 10 calorie sugarfree Jell-0. I prepare Sugarfree Jell-0 every few days for a zero point snack, and that was all I needed.

I eat an earlier dinner, so I make sure I have something small around 7, then it's my cut off. Sometimes I have diet root beer with a little diet Cool Whip. Tastes like a float! Very Happy

My sister gave me this WW recipe and it is fantastic. There are no points! I have checked this and checked it again and she is correct. These chocolate cupcakes are so yummy. Perfect for a nighttime craving

points - 0 for 1 cupcake

1 box Duncan Hines Devil's foodcake mix
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1/3 c water.

Mix together and put in muffin tin. Bake for 22 minutes and you have awesome chocolaty cupcakes.

Whenever we go to the grocery store I pull the grapes off of the vine and throw up in two tupperware containers. Half go in the fridge, half in the freezer. When I'm feeling like an ice cream treat I pull out the frozen ones and munch. It's so refreshing, sweet, and crisp and when they're frozen they take longer to eat (so you eat less)!
