has anyone tried Shapley Secrets by greer childers. it is an exercise program that only takes 7min. a day. this is only my second day and i am sore all over. pretty amazing. it's nice when you have kids and don't have much time. in about two weeks i am going to do it twice a day.my sister gave it to me and she has lost several inches already in like two weeks.she greer childers also has a program about deep breathing and it only takes about 15 minuits. you lose inches pretty fast with that one two. i will probably do both of them together.
As long as your still trying, you havn't failed.

No, I've never heard of that program until now. I do the All Star Workouts on FitTV and I also exercise with Gilad on Bodies in Motion. All Star Workouts is an hour of pure cardio and Gilad does cardio and toning. After the first three days I was a wreck from the soreness, but now it's gone and I feel great. Good luck with your program.

I haven't heard of it either, keep us updated on how it works for you. Saw it on ebay, but is a little pricey. I think I'll tivo some fit tv first and see how I do.
