Hi! I was part of the Alli First Team, which was a group of people in the US (approx 400) that was given Alli for two months and required to report the results. I did lose about 10 pounds, but the Treatment Effects are pretty bad. At least they were for me. Some people reported zero Treatment Effects (I don't want to get too graphic here- but trust me- it's quite unpleasant and has to do with FREQENT bathroom issues). If you can stick 100% to a very low fat diet, you will do well. From my understanding, you will lose 50% more weight than if you just diet and work out on your own. I hope that helps and GOOD LUCK!

My doctor recommended Alli for me to "jumpstart" my weight loss efforts. I did some research and learned that the most common side effect is...drum roll..."anal leakage," or "Alli Oops."

Now losing weight means an awful lot to me...but not enough to go around smelling like a diaper.Laughing

I used it when it was a prescription. We are told that there are only repercussions when you eat something high in fat while taking the pills; WRONG! It is constant! Don't bother wasting money on alli. For it to work, you have to maintain a low fat diet, exercise, etc....
If you do that anyway....you will lose weight. It's always a gimmick.
