Hi,
Just wanted to say hello as I am a first-timer here.
I also wanted to say that Fat Smash Diet is FABULOUS! I went from 168 to 145 since February. I could not be more happier. But....... I hit the plateau since last month and it's been hard. I really, really wanted to weigh 125-130 BY July 14th, which is the day of my best friend's wedding. I will be her maid of honor so I gotta look GREAT!
Which is why I purchased EXTREME Fat Smash Diet and just started today but I still need to go food shopping. My boyfriend is also in this too - as it helped him lose 15 lbs but he regained it all back. I'm just happy that we both can be able to support each other!
Go Fat Smashers!

I'd love to hear your take on the differences between FS and EFS. Also, something that helped me break a plateau in the past was to actually *increase* calories for a day or so (don't go crazy). Sometimes your body needs a break and assurance that, yes, food still exists and it doesn't actually have to hang onto the fat stores so hard. If reducing calories and exercising harder isn't doing it, give it a try. The book doesn't state it, but you can see the application of this if you pay close attention to the menus. The calorie intake does fluctuate pretty wildly. I don't get too bogged down in the details from day to day. I figure if I'm hungrier one day than the next, I adjust a bit. I hate to feel like I'm dieting and if I'm hungry, I'm not enjoying it much. Keep your body guessing and you'll do great! Good luck!

Thanks,
mcarthey
for your response!
To be honest, I kind of went off track on FS about 2 months ago as I was trying to follow other diet called "
Eat Clean Diet
" by Tosca Reno but it did not work for me. :/ I think it WOULD have worked but I was not following it exactly and I started going back into habit eating whatever I wanted but in smaller portions. I had learned how to maintain my weight and I did it successfully. SO that's good news.
I will definitely keep your tip in my mind if my reducing calories/working out harder doesn't do it for me, I will increase calories. It is likely that I will increase calories because I work out almost everyday (before starting EFS, I usually work out for a hour so I may need to increase more intensity or work out longer).
Good luck with yours too! You seem to do great,
mcarthey

Drink lots of water. If you can, try drinking the Benefiber packets in your bottled water. It keeps you feeling full which helps during the detox phase and it helps with bloat, belly fat, and energy.
