i did my first workout with hip hop abds this morning & I love it. If you like to dance & like hip hop & pop music then you will love this workout routine. The first workout in the series is called fat burning cardio. The workout is 30 minutes long but once you pop in the dvd & start grooving to the music before you know it you are done. This routine gives you a great workot. And don't worry if you aren't a great dancer it teaches you dance moves that you can take anywhere & do & it doesn't look like yu are excersing. okay, you're like the fifth person I've come across on the site that's been talking about the hip hop abs workout. I think I'm going to take the plunge. Perhaps, I can get some rythm while I'm at it. Laughing

No of Steps
I have buy the Walking Style IV step counter which give me Action Mode,3D Sensor,Daily Steps,7 days memory etc. Which Fitness Finder will gave my 10000 steps and the kcal?:?:
