I am new to this site and I am lacking a strong will when it comes to dieting. If anyone has some good tips to staying on track that would be a big help to me.

here there, the one thing that's worked for me is keeping myself hydrated and having filling snacks on hand. An orange or an apple works great at filling you up and providing you with the nutrients you need while you stick to your diet. Always have some water around. I think the one shocking this I learned is that people sometimes confuse body thirst with hunger. I know it sounds silly, but it is true!

Good luck! Very Happy
