Is coffee creamer ok?

If you use Half & Half it should be fine. It is better to have decaf. I used to have a vanilla latte every morning and it was hard to stop but I have found that a decaf latte with half & half instead of regular milk works great.

HI - I see you are on Atkins. Yes - Creamer is ok. Just remember to count the carbs. I don't think it is officially allowed on induction, but I have it in my coffee every day and it hasn't hurt me. Sugar free creamers are good too but slightly higher in carbs.

I use either coffee-mate sugar-free french vanilla or internatonal delight. They only have 1 carb and no sugar alcohol.
