I like Curves. In and out in 30 or so minutes. They are open at 6:30 a.m. and it's not a fashion show. I practically crawl out of bed go do my routine come home have a shower and breakfast and I'm done with it. I am not motivated enough (at least right now) to think about an excercise program. This one does it for me!

I just started going last week. I like it so far. I admit that I love the convenience of it.
