HI everyone! My boyfriend and I have started South Beach together. We're both excited and feel more confident with us doing it together. His sister lost about 50 pounds on the diet and keeps up with it now - she's got a bit more to go.

We're hoping to drop some weight and get healthier. Being happy hasn't been so great for our waistlines. Started yesterday and dropped a bunch fast - basically in about 36 hours. I'm thinking it's just water weight and the fact that I've weighed in the am and with no clothes on.

I've been on the site often since Sunday and decided to post. Looking forward to talking with people more often!
