If you can make it through the first few times without dying (which I was pretty out of shape and ALMOST did). These workout tapes are GREAT. I definitely saw results in 10 workouts....butt and tighs BIG TIME.....im talking inches !!!! Its a pretty intense workout...the fanny lifter step is the key....I bought mine at a yard sale for cheap ! but I could see using even a step stool. I would reccomend this workout to anyone who is willing to put forth the work knowing that results will be had !!!!!
