I've always been active and in good shape until...I got very sick and had to stay in bed for several years. I got fat and lazy. Now it's time! I love working out but just haven't gotten myself on a schedule yet. My Dad recently passed away so I go over to my Mom's every morning and take her dog for an hour walk and have a cup of coffee (which I'll change to hot lemon drink today) with her. I know I can do it and I'm excited to see the changes! I've never been so big and I feel ridiculous!

This is a great time to make your own cranwater while they are in season. I get a bag of cranberries for 99 cents here so you are saving bundles; it is however, a little time consuming.
