Anyone trying Bob Greene's "The best life diet"? I know it just came out but he was talking about it on Oprah last week and it sounds easy.

Basically tackling the reason why we eat and are overweight first then adjusting your life through slow 4 week phases by eating a balanced diet of all foods and exercising. I still have to get book. It seemed interesting.
