Basically tackling the reason why we eat and are overweight first then adjusting your life through slow 4 week phases by eating a balanced diet of all foods and exercising. I still have to get book. It seemed interesting.

Gaining Weight
My husband was on the heavy weight training, muscle building/gaining weight program. He used to do pre-workout shake and post work out shake plus one at night!
