I need help starting out here

I don't even really know what the sonoma diet is all about. I plan to get the book and the cookbook but before I do, I want to know if I will enjoy most of the foods.
I do not eat red meat, but I'm not a vegetarian. I enjoy fish, sushi and chicken.. LOVE PASTA and that can be a problem. I don't think I could really live without that.
I need coffee in the morning with my creamer and I do like wine, but I could live without it if I had to.

Otherwise I need advice here.

Hi, from what Ihave read you can have all the things you like, it is more to do with portion sizes and choosing wholewheat pasta over white, brown rice over white rice, wholegrain bread over white/ordinary brown. Ideal if you like meat, fish, and a nice varied diet including all natural foods veg, spices, fruit, seeds, grains, etc.

Some really nice recipes in the Sonoma Diet book to start with but I think I will definately get the cookbook for more inspiration.

I am hoping to start it on Monday once I have done a shopping list for Tescos this weekend.

I am borrowing the book from a friend or if not will buy it this weekend and am starting on monday the 26th

That's awesome...you should eat really healthy...I’m on 16%...Not saying that a calorie deficit is not important...what I’m train to say is that you should not think in eat less calories...just eat ...
