A great exerise I found is Skiing or snowboarding especially if your not to good. YOu can't believe the workout you get from trying to get up after you fall well snowboarding. And the workout your legs get from working the board. I recommend everyone trying it! You also get alot of fresh air and the views are usually breath taking
